I found this incredibly easy & tastefull recipe at the greek gastronomy blog http://cretangastronomy.blogspot.com/ and i immediately made it!
I didn't put any nuts or anything extra but next time I 'll put cereals instead!!!!
Here it is translated into English:
materials:
a. 1 can sweetened milk
b. 500 grams chocolate 52% cocoa
c. 1 tablespoon butter
d. 1 shot of liquor (preferably citrus flavored) or brandy or dark rum
e. 1 cup walnuts into small pieces (i didn't put any)
f. 1 cup chopped Candied (or drained sweets or just orange zest) (didn't put any of this either)
g. Some cocoa powder for dusting (optional)
h. 1 tablespoon olive oil
In the Making:
1. Place in a saucepan the sweetened milk with the butter and heat over medium heat, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
2.When butter melts (which means it will melt the chocolate as well), add the chocolate and stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture of chocolate
3. Pour the liquor into the saucepan and keep stiring until well mixed.
4. Remove the pan from heat and add nuts and fruit peel. Mix to go everywhere.
5. Put to an 8 inches x 12 inches (20cmx30cm) baking pan some baking paper, lightly grease the paper and spread the chocolate to a thickness of about 0,5 inch (1.5 cm). Spread the surface and leave to cool (in room temperature, unless it is too hot so then just put it in the fridge).
6. After 2-3 hours with a good knife, split into square pieces the size you like and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
